DAY 1- Fri. ISTANBUL
Welcome to Turkey. Arrive in Istanbul Airport, met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. After check into the hotel, meet at the lobby for welcome and info cocktail. Overnight in Istanbul.
DAY 2- Sat. ISTANBUL ( B.)
Our journey begins in Istanbul, the only city in the world situated on two continents. Byzantium, Constantinople, Istanbul - its three names span more than 2600 years, nearly 1600 of them as the capital of two of the greatest empires the world has known, Byzantine and Ottoman. We visit the Topkapi Palace including treasury section, The Blue Mosque and Hippodrome, where chariot races and the Byzantine riots took place and free time in Grand bazaar with its 3.500 shops. Overnight in Istanbul.
DAY 3- Sun. GALLIPOLI - CANAKKALE (B. D.)
Following breakfast we will leave for Gallipoli Peninsula. Visit Anzac Cove, Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Cemetery, the original tunnels and trenches at Johnston Jolly (Turkish and Allied), The Nek Cemetery, Chunuk-Bair New Zealand Memorial and Cemetery and Kabatepe War Museum. After Gallipoli cross the Dardanalles and Overnight in Canakkale.
DAY 4- Mon. TROY - PERGAMUM - KUSADASI (B.)
After breakfast drive toHomer's Troy, and the site of King Priam's Treasures. Probably the most famous city of classical times - who doesn't know the story of the Trojan Horse. After Troy, We enjoy a scenic drive through Thrace to visit the hauntingly beautiful the ancient city of Pergamon. We see the Altar of Zeus, Temple of Dionysus and the 200,000 volume library, The Asclepieum of Pergamon. Leaving Pergamon behind us we settle at our hotel in Kusadasi.
DAY 5- Tue. EPHESUS (B.)
We drive to the ancient city of Ephesus and first visit the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Ephesus was undoubtedly one of the most important cultural centers of the ancient world. Impressive structures we will see include the Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian, Theatre and Odeon. We also visit the House of the Virgin Mary We stay overnight in Kusadasi
DAY 6- Wed. SAMOS (B. )
After breakfast transfer to Kusadasi port for ferry to Samos (Greece) to start to explore Greek Islands or transfer to Izmir airport for your flight back home.
