Day 1 Wednesday Athens
Today is an arrival day, so without further ado... welcome to Greece! Today, we meet our guide and fellow travelling companions. Overnight Athens

Day 2 Thursday Athens to Santorini
Early morning departure for the breathtaking Island of Santorini. Soak up the sun today and relax on the beach or perhaps explore the picturesque capital, Fira. Overnight Santorini (B)

Day 3 Friday Santorini
Take an optional boat trip in the world's biggest volcanic crater above sea level. Visit the active volcano, swim in the warm thermal waters and take a therapeutic mud bath. Overnight Santorini (B)

Day 4 Saturday Santorini to Mykonos
Arrive in Mykonos and explore the white-washed town or head for the beach before experiencing the completely outrageous Mykonian nightlife. Overnight Mykonos (B)

Day 5 Sunday Mykonos, Delos
Spend another day on the beach or take an optional day trip to the neighbouring island of Delos. This Mecca of Ancient Greece is today an island wide, open-air museum. Overnight Mykonos (B)

Day 6 Monday Mykonos, Samos
Another day on the beach in paradise, before we catch an afternoon ferry to Samos (depending on ferry schedules). Overnight Samos or Mykonos (B)

Day 7 Tuesday Samos to Kusadasi
Today, we make our way to Turkey with free time to explore Samos town or Kusadasi (depending on ferry schedules). Overnight Kusadasi (B, D)

Day 8 Wednesday Ephesus, Kusadasi
Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour of Ephesus and a visit to the Temple of Artemis. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the ancient city and stadium. Carpet weaving has long traditions in Turkey. At the carpet village we learn how the carpets are made by hand what determines their value. Overnight Kusadasi (B, D)

Day 9 Thursday Pamukkale, Hierapolis
Tour the magnificent white calcium formations of Pamukkale, followed by the ancient city of Hierapolis. Take a dip in the hot springs that were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers. Overnight Marmaris (B,D)

Day 10 Friday Marmaris
Today you are free to relax and stroll the Harbour town of Marmaris or maybe take an optional day trip to the Greek Island of Rhodes. Marmaris (B, D)

Day 11 Saturday Koycegiz, Kayakoy
This morning we drive towards the picturesque lakeside town of Koycegiz, where we join a day cruise to visit turtle beach and the mud baths. Late afternoon we head to the resort town of Fethiye visiting the deserted Greek village of Kayakoy on the way. Overnight Fethiye (B)

Day 12 Sunday Fethiye
Today you have the option to relax on a day cruise around the 12 Islands of Fethiye, go paragliding or maybe chill out on a nearby beach, the choice is yours. Overnight Fethiye (B)

Day 13 Monday Saklikent, Antalya
Experience one of Turkey’s highlights today as we trek up Saklikent Gorge, Turkey’s longest and deepest canyon. Saklikent is literally a mountain split down the middle by an earthquake. Overnight Antalya (B)

Day 14 Tuesday Tinaz Tepe Cave, Konya, Cappadocia
Early departure for Konya today, stopping en-route to visit the natural beauty of Tinaz Tepe sink hole and cave. Once in Konya we visit the Mevlana Museum and the mausoleum of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi. This afternoon we drive to Cappadocia via Sultanhani, where we see a fine example of a Seljuk Caravanserai and the largest in Anatolia. Overnight Cappadocia (B, D)

Day 15 Wednesday Goreme, Uchisar Castle
Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia with a fully guided tour of Goreme Valley, the fairy chimneys, Uchisar castle and more. Tonight, don't miss the optional traditional Turkish folklore evening! Overnight Cappadocia (B)

Day 16 Thursday Ihlara Valley, Underground City
Today we trek through the wildly beautiful Ihlara Valley and explore Derinkuyu underground city. Overnight Cappadocia (B, D)

Day 17 Friday Ankara
Today we visit the nation's capital, Ankara, visiting the award winning Anatolian Civilisation's Museum. Overnight Istanbul (B) (Optional morning flight to Istanbul from Kayseri, Cappadocia)

Day 18 Saturday Istanbul Old City
Tour the exotic city that spans both Europe and Asia visiting the Blue Mosque, the Aya Sofya, Topkapi Palace, the Basilica underground cistern and the Hippodrome. Overnight Istanbul (B)

Day 19 Sunday Istanbul
After breakfast our tour concludes and we say goodbye to our new friends. (B)
